9. Maximizes upselling opportunities whenever possible.
10. To participate in team communication through weekly and monthly sales team meetings.
11. To keep up to date with market trends, market conditions, competitor developments and customer performance and communicate this information to the DOSM.
12. To project a positive hotel image in sales presentations and community activities.
