1. Provide total account management to assigned corporate accounts so as to maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing accounts in order to achieve budgets. 2. To achieve new commercial opportunities per month (B2B Sales/Corporate, MICE or Groups). 3. Monitor confirmed events: signing contracts, payments, holding events at the highest level. 5. Daily f2f meetings with company’s managers (HODs, directors), organizers, specialists responsible for field events to advertise the hotel, promote services or cooperation. 6. Visiting exhibitions (field events, business trips) for communication and promotion of hotel services 7. To identify new corporate clients to maximise sales potential. 8. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major segments through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications. 9. Maximizes upselling opportunities whenever possible. 10. To participate in team communication through weekly and monthly sales team meetings. 11. To keep up to date with market trends, market conditions, competitor developments and customer performance and communicate this information to the DOSM. 12. To project a positive hotel image in sales presentations and community activities.
