Generating and placing requests for quotations on logistics services (transport, storage, insurance, custom clearance, etc.) for prospective customers with due consideration of customer specifications and project parameters, to minimize logistics costs and ensure that a positive contribution to the financial result is made. Conducting negotiations and formulating project-specific transport contracts with international special service providers (freight forwarders or agents), to ensure that any agreements made are documented so as to render them legally binding. Assembly of contractual customer requirements in consignment activities considering of laws and terms (control of import, duty, banks, insurances, dangerous goods, etc.) to ensure a timely, cheap and conformable to law delivery. Recognizing and documentation of variances or weaknesses and to inform the responsible partners at if necessary to ensure and enforceable recourse claims alternatively to fend them. Performing risk analyses and assessments during preparation of proposals, to obviate non-calculable additional costs. Checking compliance with requirements (contractual stipulations, costs, prices, deadlines, etc.) over the course of project execution, to promptly coordinate corrective measures with the involved parties and effectively implement these measures. Build, maintain and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy. Offer solutions & solve problems for client’s shipping needs. Providing prospective and existing customers with sales presentations. Negotiating shipping rates. Work closely with our sourcing and operations teams to ensure world class customer service on every load. Work with prospective customers to develop solutions to support their channel strategies in each of their target markets. Medieval and Renaissance Famagusta: Archive, Index and Bibliography: Creating a comprehensive bibliography of the Medieval and Renaissance city of Famagusta, Cyprus. This involved cataloguing and scanning more than 400 individual books, off prints, articles, and notes, into a working, index-able order. Full acknowledgement of my contribution was published in Medieval and Renaissance Famagusta: Studies in Art, Architecture and History (Ashgate, 2012). Edited by Profs. Walsh, Edbury and Coureas. Runaway Dreams: The Story of Mama’s Boys and Celtus: Editing images and preparing them for publication in a book about music in Ireland in the 1970s and 1980s (Kennedy and Boyd, 2011). Full acknowledgement was given in the finished book by the author, Prof. Walsh. Cyprus Diary: Efforts and Ideals in Heritage and Education (2002 – 2012): An academic record of political activity on the island between the aforementioned years, especially in relation to the conservation and protection of cultural heritage and academic history book reform (forthcoming, 2014, Cambridge Scholars Press). Providing Profit & Loss Quarter’s and Annual Reports for all the departments of Almaty, CIS and Kazakhstan Branches. Verifying and analyzing all the information of administrative and general expenses, salary information in PT Data Base, checking Monthly Reports from company’s coordinators and providing them in Job Profitability Reports.

Conducting information sessions, picking up and registration customer’s orders, servicing customer’s requests (parcel status and proof of delivery requests in DPD and World Ship systems), maintaining Client’s Data Base Excel, keeping Client’s DPD Data Base, scanning parcels in DPD – scan system, prepared weekly and monthly statements, invoicing DPD, billing, adjusted documentation filing system for the office, drafted and filed office correspondence, reception.
