Summary of activities: * Coordination of transportation, lifting and sales of crude oil to ensure efficient exports of c.10MTA of products to the international markets via most profitable export routes (via Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Atyrau-Samara KazTransOil trunk line (KTO)) while minimising risks of revenue and production losses; * Maintaining strategic marketing objectives and effective relationships with partners, agents, stakeholders and other parties; Main responsibilities: * Optimise Atyrau-Samara (A-S) delivery plan to ensure the minimum impact on the CPC Liftings, nominations and deliveries; ensure all activities are in accordance with contractual obligations; * Co-ordinate crude oil lifting at CPC-R Marine Terminal (MT); * Monitor Marine Terminal stock position and liaising with Trading Affiliates (TAs), CPC/KTO and other stakeholders to avoid disruptions to the lifting programme; * Monitor shutdown plans of KPO and CPC/KTO and liaising with KPO operations departments (KATS/KPC) and CPC/KTO to settle issues related to interruption in delivery and acceptance; * Prepare forecasts and monitor plans (e.g. delivery forecast, hourly stock accumulation/discharge profiles, pipeline pigging plans) for addressing changes in product flows, storage and deliveries; * Monitor oil quality parameters of KGK crude (analysis/quality passports) as well as of CPC blend (in inlet/outlet - from CPC Quality bank reports); * Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of all sales and customs clearance documentation; * Collection and analysis of statistical data and analysis of export plan for deliveries/liftings for various presentations and delivering presentation at annual TAs meeting; * Calculation/processing of demurrage and other claims, tracking the timely receipt of payment; liaison with TA/CPC/KPO Legal on any disputes related to the claims; * Checking invoices, delivery acceptance acts, Quality Bank settlement etc; * Coordinate the development, revision and implementation of internal procedures; * Involved in transportation/sales contracts amendment; * Ensure quality of data included in all databases/spreadsheets related to Oil Export department; * Coordinate control and supervise three Oil Logistics Specialists

Summary of activities: * Monitoring daily production and deliveries through existing export routes to CPC and Atyrau-Samara KTO pipeline and lifting operations in CPC MT, Primorsk, Novorossiysk and Ust-Luga MT; * Covering as interim the positions of Commercial Specialist (in Oil Export department) and Logistics Marketing Coordinator. Main responsibilities: * Liaison with TAs and other Buyers, KTO and CPC to achieve a timely settlement of Issues related to the lifting program (t.e. vessel swaps, lifting volume changes, delays and early loadings); * Track all vessels voyage/arrival at CPC MT, lifting operations and reporting to TAs for any possible delays; ensure Early Vessel Arrival (EVA) strategy's implementation by TAs; * Preparation and issuance of Lifting Proposal for TAs' approval, * Ensure timely issuance of Documentary Instructions/Vessel vetting requests by the parties, and response follow up; ensuring correct issuance and distribution of commercial cargo documents; * Control preparation/issuance of CPC Shipper Instructions for transportation and lifting; * Ensure timely and accurate update of the relevant spreadsheets/reports on company databases and document tracking system; * Preparation of weekly/monthly reports; * Track Daily Production reports, Honeywell Database, participation in daily production meetings; * Preparation of statistical/analytical information for presentations at various meetings * Acting as Logistics Marketing Coordinator for some period Acting as Commercial Marketing Specialist: * Assisting Commercial Marketing Coordinator in Tender Process for the sales of A-S volumes: preparing all necessary documents (bids history, bid evaluation, report of tender process etc), calculating preliminary price, preparing amendments/addendums to the contract; * Checking Quality Bank calculations and updating Quality Bank Reconciliation spreadsheet; * Tracking oil movement at A-S destination, updating A-S Oil Movement Control; * Updating A-S Intelligence database by analysing the information from articles issued in Argus and Neftecompas;
