• Financial planning and analysis of 2 green field projects with initial capital investments for about $2B each and annual capacity of mining 25-30Mt of ore and processing of 400-500Kt of copper concentrate; • Administer annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for pre-operating and operating activities; • Control projects, cost elements, cost centres and other catalogues; • Control of budget appropriation process; • Ensure correct classification and accuracy of actual transactions and proper allocation of overhead costs; • Administer month end accruals posting process; • Issue monthly cost report with variance analysis for management review; • Preparation of quarterly presentations to the Board with variance analysis such as actuals vs. forecast, forecast vs. budget, etc…

• Administer periodical update of life of mine projections for the “in situ recovery uranium mine” operations with annual production of 1,500-4,000 tonnes of uranium; • Administer annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; • Monitor annual budgets, cost per unit and other KPI’s; • Month end reconciliation of sales, revenues and cash collected; • Month end review of costs for correct classification and accuracy; • Review and approval of allocation of overheads; • Preparation of monthly cost report for management review; • Control of monthly cash flow forecast including loan repayments and dividends; • Preparation of quarterly presentation to the Board with variance analysis and year end forecast.

• Managing of provision of Global Compliance Services to 20-22 clients including the following: o Bookkeeping, monthly and year end financial and other reporting; o Tax calculations, preparation and submission of client’s tax returns, assisting with tax payments and reconciliation with tax accounts; o Assist to client in case of tax audit or any other tax issues with tax authorities. • Provide general tax consultancy services to other non-GCS clients.

• Develop and periodical update of project’s budget and cost control related procedures; • Administer process of preparation of annual budgets and multiyear projections; • Control WBS, CBS and other cost catalogues in JDE/SAP; • Prepare monthly flash and cost reports for management’s review; • Confirm budget appropriation requests; • Assist to E&A Director in preparation and review of AFE’s, NOE’s and other supporting schedules; • Periodical review of major contracts for correctness of accounts, VOWD and forecasts; • Check JIB report and supporting documentation on regular basis; • Various ad hoc analysis and reports such as earned value analysis, major contracts reconciliation, etc…

• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; • Preparation of monthly cash calls and billing reports; • Posting of project expenditures based on monthly Joint Interest Billing report; • Review and monitor transactions with Head Office and other intercompany’s; • Review other transactions for correct classification (gl account, posting period, etc…); • Control of month end closure process; • Submission of quarterly branch accounts for consolidation with head office accounts; • Maintain MASTRO reporting system to Head Office; • Prepare year end financial statements and disclosures for Head Office review and approval.

• Calculate and submit tax returns on behalf of clients and further reconciliation with tax accounts; • Assist to audit team for tax sections, conduct separate tax reviews of client’s accounts; • Assist to clients in case of tax audit or any other issues with tax authorities; • Provide general consultancy services on international and local tax regulations;

• Assist to foreign specialists in development of various training materials on IAS; • Participation on pilot project of translation of Kaztelecom accounts from old Soviet system to IAS. • Assistance in preparation of practical accounting training courses using Peachtree accounting; • Provision of various training courses on IAS to local accountants.
