• Keeping constantly updated, identifying improvement opportunities in the Health Safety and Environment Management System. • Ensure the implementation of environmental, health and safety regulations • Support all managers and supervisors to embed safety and an environmental friendly attitude into their everyday activities, cascading this to all levels. • Identify critical processes for the environment, safety and health at work, identify hazards, estimate risks and evaluate them according to the criteria established by the employer and research/study/design the most appropriate prevention, protection and control measures, with collaboration of the management. • Assist to managers and supervisors in the analysis of accidents, near misses, safety spots and environmental accidents and document the results. • Proactively contribute to the weekly and daily management meeting of the site providing HSE data. • Control and advice of PPE managing and using on the site. • Work in a team to develop and implement measures for continuous improvements in HSE area • Conduct internal audits and HSE walks to confirm adherence and identification of areas for further enhancement • Solving the problem, investigation by accident\incident\near miss investigation and KPI reporting activities, as required by Company management. • Prepare and deploy HSE improvement and correction plans (as appropriate) • Design, implement and document, in collaboration with the management team, the prevention and protection measures for the health and safety of people and the environment. • To maintain HSE Observation Card and HSE Notes data bases.

Organize the elimination of non-conformities, if any. • Participation in emergency Drill according to the approved Drill scenario. • To act clearly in accordance with Site Specific Emergency Rescue Plan (SSERP) in real emergencies. • Report about all emergencies to On-Scene Commander(OSC) and Communications Specialist.

Karachaganak field, KGDBN project, KEP-1A Project • Manages and controls of all HSE-activities related to ensuring health and safety working conditions and environmental obligations are met with Client and RoK requirements. • Monitors and ensures compliance with the local and Client’s Health, Safety & Environmental normative and internal requirements by all workers and employees. • Supports the activities about development, amendment, storage, distribution of the Integrated Management system documents. • Provides advice, support and training where necessary to management and workforce to achieve HSE objectives and maintains regulatory compliance. • Managing employees HSE trainings process. • Conducts site visits and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE processes and assists in taking the necessary steps to close gaps in execution.
