Project: Development of pilot-industrial facilities at the Kashagan field. Responsibilities included oversight of the following projects: - Oil and gas export pipelines; - Gas turbine and steam turbine power plant (Phases 1, 2, 3) and high-pressure steam boiler; - Sulfur warehouse; - Unit 334: Additional filters for liquid sulfur; adjustment of construction phases 1, 2, 3 with commissioning complexes; - Installation of two additional reboilers for each process line of the Oil and Gas Processing Unit (OGPU); - Modernization of OGPU; - Reconstruction of the inlet gas separator at Bolashak OGPU; - Unit 330: Modifications to the enriched amine feed line for Trenches 1 and 2 Nitrogen generation system: Installation of an additional nitrogen storage tank

Projects / Facilities: - Experimental Development Program of the Kashagan Field - Railway Complex Project at Western Eskene (RCPWE) - Oil and Gas Processing Unit (OGPU) Key Responsibilities: - Led a specialized working group to resolve all issues related to regulatory acts and documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the facility connection manager, commissioning manager, and quality assurance/control manager; - Coordinated the preparation and application of construction permits and regulatory documentation; - Supervised contractor teams regarding regulatory approvals and departmental oversight (technical and author’s supervision); - Compiled acceptance documentation lists required for commissioning across all general construction disciplines, in accordance with Kazakhstani standards; - Registered documents to determine current status and prepared reports on completed work; - Prepared and submitted documentation for working and state acceptance commissions of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Controlled and processed commissioning documentation; - Assembled and verified documentation for facility handover, including equipment checks and operational readiness; - Verified equipment passports, certificates, and quality documents for compliance with design documentation, technical requirements, and Kazakhstani standards; - Checked the availability and compliance of permits and approvals from state oversight bodies; - Conducted comprehensive reviews of as-built documentation and installed equipment for submission to technical commissions and state regulatory authorities; - Provided consultations on the preparation and management of as-built documentation in accordance with Kazakhstani norms and regulations

Key Responsibilities: - Prepared and compiled a complete set of documentation for facility commissioning in accordance with standards and technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Verified equipment readiness and ensured all commissioning documents met regulatory requirements for timely facility handover; - Drafted inspection reports for all concealed works, ensuring transparency and compliance during inspections; - Organized and registered supply documentation in accordance with GOST and SNIP standards, streamlining the approval process; - Conducted detailed audits of licenses, certificates, and equipment/material passports to confirm full compliance with national technical and quality standards;

Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and recording the production of oil, water, and associated gas, as well as the injection of water into the reservoir within the pressure maintenance system (PMM); - Overseeing geological tasks related to well workovers; - Perforating and testing wells prior to commissioning; - Direct supervision of field development processes at the production site; - Developing operational regimes for production and injection wells and monitoring their implementation; - Preparing all necessary documentation for wells and participating in well repair activities;
