• Work in Facility Maintenance using program JDE Edwards (E1) • Create, change, print and close all corrective and preventive maintenance WO's • Create, change equipment in system and prepare PM WO's for them via ACD (add change delete) form • Identify priority of equipment and WO's • Perform walkdown/site visit • Check and tag asset numbers • Plan and schedule all maintenance activities according to customer maintenance program • Plan all corrective / preventive maintenance works • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports • Control closing all WO's according to KPI report • Get in touch with Supervisors (E&I, Mech, Civil) to control all job activities from planning to completing WO's. • Understands ROK requirements for archiving of completed CM & PM WO's. • Coordinate two departments: Utilities Operations Maintenance and General Maintenance • Provides support and actively participates in the Save a Life and IIF Programs.

• The primary responsibility for this position is to assist in managing the safe control of work activities through the PTW & Isolation (Lock-out/ Tag-out (LoTo) processes / procedures across Systems or Areas transitioned through Systems Completions for 3GP. Integrate fully, construction activities and system completion with production operations base business work activities • Review Isolation/LoTo applications and ensure there is enough detail and supporting doc's to accurately identify points of Isolation to ensure the safe release of plant/equipment to be worked on • Capable of developing and documenting an Isolation plan. • Maintaining accurate records, registers, and key control. • Implementation, validation/verification, and safe removal of Isolation/LoTo. • Understands the Safety Instruction requirements of a Planning Phase Hazard Analysis (PPHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). • Understands the Isolation/LoTo Safety Instruction philosophy of work and activity categorization to assist work groups with Isolation/LoTo preparations. • Understands ROK requirements for archiving of complete and/or expired PTW and support documents. • Periodic site patrols and monitoring of Isolation compliance. • Provides support to and actively participates in the Save a Life and IIF Programs.

• Prepare all PTW documentation and check lists • Mentors on the OE Process including JHA and PTW Process • Adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the Client and Company • Develop and adhere to Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's) regarding all potentially hazardous tasks • Report and record all near misses, injuries, provide feedback to management regarding hazards in the workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impact on Company business • Identify critical training requirements and refresher training for employees, and ensure that this is carried out in a timely manner • Send PTW report to HSE department when open, prolong and close PTW. • Order and be responsible for Minifilters, Gas detectors, Tags. Register in a journal, check and distribute among employees.

• Uninterruptible power supply support in Shanyrak Village • Perform all types of works relating to operation, maintenance, repair, and hot switchover on electrical equipment below 1000V • Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance work orders properly • Follow Operational and Safety Codes for consumer electrical installations requirements within the scope of Electrical qualification group III for electrical installations.
