Roles & Responsibilities: - Training new employees, refresh and improving the knowledge of experienced employees. - Implementation of approved Health and Safety objectives. - Provide positive leadership within the project and promote the adoption of best practice - Promote an enthusiastic Health and Safety culture - Execution of HSE Assurance Plan in cooperation with Operations Manager. - Manage and assist in toolbox talks, pre job, post accident/incident, weekly and other HSE and administrative meetings - Establish and maintain Project HSE Program. - Supervise HSE compliance in operations - Maintain all safety procedures and norms efficiently - Implemented safety measures & effective strategies to reduce risks and hence improved safety. - Tool box meeting and creating awareness - Equipment and vehicles inspection in project site - HSE inspections such as Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly Safety Meeting, conduct Daily Safety Inspection for Allocation, Induction training Conduct Daily Tool Box Meeting and Safety briefing. - Inspect and rectify any unsafe act at workplace. - Experience in trending of safety data such as incidents, safety observations, etc - Undertaking HSE monitoring activities such as inspections, audits - Constantly monitor and report progress to Operations Manager - Actively participate in all site activities and ensure all operations are conducted in a manner that accorded to company’s’ HSE policy - Creating &checking all BOSS/SOC/HOC cards system - Carry out workplace review, risk assessment - Ensure that our best experience and continuous effort on standardization is made available to all parts of the project, agreed and implemented in the Project. - Coordinate and review applicable HSE management procedures prior to implementation. - Support project management team in continuous improvement processes. - Monitor and review safety procedures are being followed and advise the Executive team of any action needed. - Acting as part of incident investigation team and reporting full investigation report. Ensure that HSE responsibilities and duties are planned, executed and documented as described in the HSE program - HSE reporting according to contract. - Establish training programs for staff, workers and visitors. - Recapture and implement Lessons Learnt from near miss situations. - Maintain the health and safety information and recording system so relevant safety information is readily accessible - Carry out full safety induction for new hired employees - Carry out lifting operations drilling with drilling machines LBU-50,Ural URB 2A2,WD-500 and working at height trainings for employees. HSE Supervising geotechnical investigation (compaction trials, trial pits, drilling works, topographic survey) - DLPT (dynamic load plate test) - SLPT (Static load plate test) - DCBR (dynamic California bearing ratio) - SCBR (static California bearing ratio) - Thermal Conductivity - Electrical resistivity (geophysics) - Sampling (short steel cylinder for undisturbed sample and bucket for disturbed sample) - Logistic for consumables and equipments - Organization of transportation of samples to several laboratories Supervising drilling &CPT procedure: Dry drilling with hollow stem auger sampling with Shelby tube, SPT sampling. - Work procedures like lifting and storage pressure and energy while drilling - Line of fire in Drilling process - Environment consideration regarding oil leak, equipment failures like hydraulic hoses - Creating special documentations on Azeri, Russian and English languages for checking all equipment’s which one used on WD-500,LBU-50,URB-2A2 Drilling machines. - Monitor and review safety procedures are being followed and advise the Executive WD-500,LBU-50,URB-2A2 Drilling machines. - Monitor and review safety procedures are being followed and advise the Executive CPT - Reviewing and adhering to the requirements of applicable Company specifications, policies, plans and procedures; document control and maintaining of all( Drilling &CPT) HSE documents (procedures, TRA’s, incident reports, PTW’s, etc.) Creating TRA for working in EOP –PW area with WD-500,LBU-50,URB-2A2 Drilling machines. Working with ISSOW system ,requested permit (TRA LVL1 andLVL-2) for working in EOP –PW area with WD-500,LBU-50,URB-2A2 Drilling machines.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Provision of assistance to HSE Manager in implementation of the company HSSE program and in reporting of HSE Performance - Performing duties in accordance with HSE Administration Activity Plan - Reviewing and adhering to the requirements of applicable Company specifications, policies, plans and procedures; document control and maintaining of all HSE documents (procedures, TRA’s, incident reports, PTW’s, etc) - Reviewing and distributing of all incident reports; when required, follow-up implementation and close out of corrective actions - Disseminating of HSSE bulletins, safety grams, lessons learnt etc, to all concerned parties on the project - Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, KPI’s and trend analysis of HSE Performance in a timely and accurate manner - Preparing and providing all necessary documentation for HSE Committee (Management /Operation/Employee) meetings - Maintaining the Central Action Tracking Register and monitoring the timely close out of any action items identified during inspections/assessments/audits/meetings, etc - Developing and maintaining forms/checklists/templates to conform with the requirements of HSE Procedures/Manuals/Guidelines - Monitoring and updating HSSE Activity Plans /Assurance Schedules - Maintaining and completing Project Close out Reports/Annual Reports as required - Assisting in development and implementation of project specific HSE plans and procedures and performing gap analysis to bridge Company and client HSE requirements - Requisitioning and purchasing of HSE equipment and other department supplies

- In case of absence of HSE Manager (leave, business trip, illness etc.) his responsibilities are performed by HSE Engineer (Basic on Order). - To control the mainlining of workers protection procedures and legislation on workers protection in company. - To find out workers conditions at job places and prepare suggestions on their improvement. - To participate at checking of technical conditions of buildings, equipment and machinery. - İn case the equipment and machinery do not meet the legislation and safety requirement posing risk to life and health of other employees to prohibit their operation. - To control checkup of technical conditions of equipment, machinery etc. by responsible persons. - To provide workers protection and safety consultations and instructions to employees and divisions. - To stop and to perform required safety measures during observation of unsafe works and any unsafe conditions on site. - To give Full Safety Induction for employees of company. - Ensures that all work on site comply with the safety requirements. - Enforce the implementation of the safety procedures on site in accordance with the safety manual. - Basic on the HSE rules to perform other duties as required by Management. - To get familiarized instruction of management regarding own activity, labor protection and safety. - To give suggestion regarding the performance of his responsibilities, workers protection and safety. - To demand providing of necessary documents and information from other employees and specialist related to the performance of his responsibilities. - To demand support from management for performance of responsibilities.

- SOC implementation (Safety Observation & Conversation) at site daily - Safety Supervision of some specific activities related to the BP ‘s8 golden rules at site daily. - Follow up of an Implementation of Golden HSE Rules of BP daily at site - Site vehicle Inspections (Crane, Cherry-picker, Concrete Pump,Grader, Excavator, Concrete Mixer, Asphalt Layer) - Electrical Tool Inspection tag controls and cable management at sitedaily - Fire Extinguishers and pressurized gas bottles Inspections at site. - Checking of Permit & RTC conducted by the work groups daily at site - Working at height , lifting , ground disturbance , confined space , energyisolation , permit to work , safe driving and management of change topicsas given in item 3 above are strictly controlled and followed at site for the - Adequate implementation and all activity based general and specific riskassessments are being prepared as well . - Preparation of Accident /incident reports in accordance with the BP’s Root Cause Analysis beinga member of incident investigation team . - Implementation of proper waste segregation and management at site . - Attendance of Managements walks weekly . - HSE performing authority - Work under ISSOW on Operation Site
