Maintain evergreen inspection program for Pressure Relief Devices(PRD). Facilitate Operations,Maintenance group and contractors to follow TCO PRD Program. Update PSV documentation in IDMS.Supervise contractors responsible for PRD service.Analysis of PRD's for compliance with ROK ,TCO PRD integrity program requirements. Execute inspection planning for PRD's after criticality assessment. Lead the process of Inspection Frequency Change Acts based on RBI results. Maintain update of Acts.

Work with SERIP (Surface Equipment Reliability Integrity Process) Projects discipline consultants, suppliers, TCO SCM personnel, Project personnel, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance planners and schedulers, EAM consultants, and others as necessary to ensure the required preventive maintenance & inspection routines are entered into E-1 CMMS and Capstone IDMS. Liaise with both Reliability Engineering and Projects to help ensure identification of Integrity Critical (IC) fixed equipment and pressure relief devices and implementation of activities such as inspection, tests and preventive maintenance tasks (ITPM) necessary to ensure that the IC equipment will be suitable for its intended application throughout its service life in compliance with TCO Asset Integrity Management (AIM) program. Liaise with both Reliability Engineering and Projects to help ensure baseline inspections are completed on relevant fixed equipment prior to entering into service. Develop preventive maintenance work instructions to aid maintenance technicians in the execution of ITMP tasks. Work with Project, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering to identify operating spares for 2-year operation based on expected failure modes and damage mechanisms of fixed equipment and valves. Provide required assistance to SERIP Material Specialists in preparation, completion and submission of Stock Addition Requests (SAR) for all parts needed to be purchased and for which TCO does not already have a Stock Code Number. Provide required assistance to SERIP Material Specialists in preparation, completion and submission of Min/Max Description Change (DCH) forms for all parts which already have a TCO Stock Code Number, including those that need to be cross-referenced to new equipment tags being installed by Project. Provide required assistance to SERIP Material Specialists in preparation, completion and submission of Equipment Parts List (EPL), so that all required spare parts can be cross-referenced to their parent equipment within CMMS.
