Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: payroll management for all expatriate personnel, paperwork preparation in accordance with RoK Labour Regulations as far as employment, transfers, job title changes, salaries reviews are concerned (Orders, Individual Employment Agreements, resolutions, memorandums, manpower reports). Responsible person for liaison with local authorities on expatriate and national staff issues associated with following bodies: Ministry of Labour, Department of Employment and Social Protection, National Security Committee, Akimat. Supervision of the preparation and issue of personnel service invoices to clients, provision of international insurance and medical coverage for expatriate personnel with responsibility for emergency response and medivac coordination in event of incident or accident.
