Tracking errors on data storages and FC switches to fix, analyze and prevent failures in future. Keep stock available with spares for Production hardware. Communicate with Hitachi Data Systems to receive new microcodes/firmware’s for storages/switches when it is necessary to update them. Calculate and analyze data growth to prepare weekly report for management. Create PR's (Purchase requests) to order necessary HW for different purposes (HW refreshment, spare parts and new projects). Create, update, and maintain DR/CR documents for Data storage systems for both sites. Work closly with vendors or distributors on possibility of dispose EOL/OES SAN hardware. 2012-2013 Year-end capital AFE Completion for Technical Computing Group assets 2012-2013 Facilitate most of all Root Cause Analize(RCA) meetings assigned to Technical Computing group. 2012-2014 Periodically cover Team Lead role on Technical requests/issues, except Finance questions.
