The facility (workshop or mini-factory) is built using Reverse Osmosis System technology for purifying mine water. The developer is a Turkish company - KETMAK. All work process was automotized by advanced technology, and used Siemens controllers. Facility consist with 3 units : Main unit, Evaporation unit, Filter press unit. Under my supervision were: a Technologist, a Master, a Mechanic, an Electrician, and Operators. During my tenure in this position, I made several necessary changes: Increased the production capacity of the facility from 400 m3 to 1500 m3 per day. Reduced the workload on the purification system equipment, optimized the operating mode of the facility. Raised the level of knowledge among the maintenance staff. Implemented a reporting system for the facility. Engaged a testing laboratory for continuous water analysis to control the technological process. Job Responsibilities : Leads the production and economic activities of the department, conducts staff selection, their deployment, and efficient utilization. Organizes the uninterrupted cleaning of mine water and ensures the smooth operation of water purification equipment. Organizes activities to enhance the qualifications of department employees.
