Since June 2023, I have been working for the international holding Una Financial, which launched fintech products in Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Croatia, Spain and many other countries. In summer 2025 i was promoted to Deputy CFO Kazakhstan and had a team of 2 financial managers and accountant department. I exercise financial control over the largest business of the group, a Kazakh fintech company, and report to the holding company. My responsibilities include but not limited: - Monthly IFRS reporting under IFRS 9 and other standards; - Control of payments, agreements, vendor choosing process; - Quaterly audit within BIG4 (year 2023 was finalized without any issues); - Budgeting process from A to Z, subsequent control of revenue and costs; - Weekly cashflow statements; - Business performance assessment; unit-economics; analyzing financial data (LTV, FPD etc) and seeking ways to improve it; - Financial modeling, including cohort models, transition matrix–based models, and LTV/UE modeling; - Implementing new processes and controls (SOX); - Assisting local finance team in business processes automation; - Ad-hoc request from HQ. During the year of work, I participated in all aspects of the business: from analyzing operating activities to budgeting, modeling and auditing. I acted as a business partner and helped HQ make financial decisions. I also always try to train the local team and implement more efficient processes in the company.

I was working as a Lead Manager of Corporate reporting in PJSC MTS, a leading telecom company in Russia with ADRs trading on New-York Stock Exchange. My tasks included all the aspects of preparing consolidated financial statement according to IFRS and also 20-F report for SEC including but not limited: - Transformation from local accounting standards to IFRS of numerous branches (especially IT branch, entertainment branch); - Group consolidation in all aspects; - Deep contacts with the management department and controlling department of those branches, preparing analytics for the management and consulting them about IFRS; - Participating in and leading projects related to automatization of accounting; - Preparing financial statements, notes, 20-F disclosures; - Participating in M&A activities related to business valuations.

Audit department, FMCG and Develpment projects. Double promotion (Intern - A2 [2nd year Auditor]), high perfomance grades every year («highly effective» and «over performing»). I was participating in a various large-scale projects in retail and development sectors. As an auditor, I have enhanced my knowledge of IFRS and audit practices as well as gained experience of being an in-charge of audit team (up to 7 junior auditors). I left KPMG being at Senior Auditor (S2) position.
