-Supervision and verification of contract strategies for infrastructure and human resources support services, e.g. rental contracts, facilities maintenance, manpower services, medical insurance and services, travel support services, visa and work permit services,. etc; -Preparation and modification of the entire supporting and technical documentation related to the placement of future contract agreements (initiating tender exercise) in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures; -Verification and coordination of procurement planning, forecasts and actual cost estimates of the performed / planned works, control of bids technical evaluations, developing submissions to approving authorities; -Reviewing, drafting, and analyzing commercial and legal terms as a part of cross-functional teams to safeguard company interests.

- Administration and tracking of Contracts for provision of all goods and services related to HR and Services Directorate activity; - Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle including execution, and close-out of contracts; - Maintaining detailed records of contracts and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility; - Preparing reports for management on contract performance and expenditures; - Developing and maintaining a contract tracking system to monitor compliance, deadlines, and deliverables.

Cash collection, сash flow forecast, coordination with the сlient, commercial offer preparation, working with financial tools such as letter of credit, advance payment and performance bond guarantees, assessment of work progress in financial values, contracts administration at Abu Dhabi Plaza Project.
