- Provide support to Projects team during Business Plan Cycle - Monitor and track expenditures for cost centers & AFEs. - To deliver robust budgets and forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX - Coordinate and drive the Cost Control team to comply with all deadlines defined in the Month-end closure schedule. - Ensure all accruals, timesheets, forecasts are available for posting within agreed deadlines. - Coordinate the Cost Control team to deliver the OPEX/CAPEX data for the Annual Budget and each Rolling Forecasts, in close collaboration with Financial Planning and with HR (for headcount): schedule, process, templates, consolidation, comments and presentations. - Prepare and/or consolidate the cost section of Budget presentations to Management and Shareholders, in compliance with guidelines and formats provided by Financial Planning - Leads direct reports and encourages them to develop their skills by providing continuous feedback through regular one to one sessions and team meetings

- Work as a member of a multi-functional team to support & accomplish the following on portfolio of projects. - Develop the WBS, CBS, OBS with other project team members. - Work with Finance department to ensure established accounting processes, systems, and procedures are followed. - Implement and manage project control processes and procedures. - Administer CE impacted MOC, including budget transfers and contingency drawdown. - Assess how projects are performing and improve processes and systems. - Conduct and facilitate meeting to board of management team members.

* Conducting Cost Control Presentations to Project Engineers, participate in project team meetings ; * Checking accruals on monthly basis ; * Working with budget owners and Finance when inappropriate expenditures are shown or accrued to correctly resolve them ; * Monitor/ track charges for the cost centers/AFEs ; * Verify with Project Engineers and update Kildrummy cash flows with forecast of materials, construction works and engineering services

* Preparation Asset Creation/Modification Request for further approval of line manager and Head of Financial Accounting for creation and modification ; * Ensuring all Movable Assets items are promptly tagged with readable Inventory number tags. ; * Manage relationship with Asset Holders to get additional information needed, get access to asset items for tagging.

* Checking incoming invoices on proper drawing-up in accordance with accounting standards and taxation requirements and checking invoices and supporting documents in compliance with contract terms ; * Registering invoices into SAP software ; * Audit assistance, answering inquiries from suppliers, preparing the Statement of Accounts and Final Account Statements ; * Providing the Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator with up to date information on the status of invoices

* Review and analysis of customs declarations ; * Check values declared against payments made ; * Reconcile payments slips with amounts declared on CCDs ; * Support SCM Customs in administrative duties relating to reconciliation activities
