Control of all mandatory procedures required by the current legislation to obtain permissions for work, and immigration process as well. Management of visas and working permissions in accordance with the maintenance requirements and within the established time limits. Maintaining a database of working permissions and visas. Monitoring and implementation of the visa/provision of the Invitation Letters for foreign personnel involved in LOI repair, obtaining a reference number in the Migration Service. Registration of foreigners according to the law of Kazakhstan. Provision of permissions for works and monitoring of the application quota for the coming year. Preparing weekly progress reports to the General Director in electronic format. Provision of relevant data to other departments to coordinate the immigration process. Initiating and making the necessary changes to the personnel data file to comply with the requirements of the authorities for the process of obtaining permission for works.

My career started in Humanitarian Technological College “Orkeniet” as Office Manager after graduating from college. I assisted in arranging meetings for my Head Department Director. I registered all the income/outcome documents of the college and orders into the database. I had been transferred from Office Manager to Teacher of Economics at the same college. I worked there for almost one year. After gaining some experience in my hometown Taraz, I moved to Atyrau to face new challenges and learn new skills. My first job was in the clinic Dostar Med as a Coordinator in Atyrau in 2010. After Atyrau, I moved to Astana. I worked as a Technical Assistant in “Financial Academy”. I left my job in “Financial Academy” JSC because I decided to learn the English language abroad. I finished the English course in TMC College in Malaysia 2013-2014. After finishing the English language course in Malaysia, I started to work for “Prime Aviation” as a Cabin crew & Personal Service Agent in October 2014. I resigned from Prime Aviation in November 2015 due to staff reduction. I have joined to Entellekto LLP organization in November 2015 as a Business Development Manager and resigned from this job due to employee reduction in July 2016. After I have joined to Skema LLP as HR from September 2016 till February 2019. I have started to work for “WOOD Group” Qed International (Kazakhstan) LLP as Work Permit and Visa Coordinator since February 2019 till February 2020. Since March 2020, I was invited to the FSSA LLP company for the position of Senior Work permit and Visa Specialist. According to the covid situations, the positions of many employees, including me, were reduction.
