The Receptionist and the Assistant to the Property & Corporate Services Department shall put the Company’s stamp confirming the receipt with the time, date and his/her name indicated and make entries to the incoming correspondence register;
• Distribution of incoming correspondence between appropriate departments of the Company within 30 minutes after receiving them;
• Preparation of general reports on outgoing correspondence sent using courier services;
