Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Preparation of payment orders and arrangement of transfers • Posting of payments and revaluation of balances on bank accounts • Monthly input in PCFM system • Perform reconciliation of bank statements • Monitoring of HQ services under TSA/SA ensuring the accuracy of the documentation • Monitoring of receivables from the Operator under TSA/SA • Preparation for Cost Recovery (CR) audit and related support during the field work • Ensure compliance of the documents for CR audit with the NCSPSA requirements • Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide the requested documents and information • Participation in month, half-year and year-end closing procedures

Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Building and coordinating the team of accounts payable accountants (TSA/SA/IP) • Supervision and monitoring the management of invoices issued by partners, ensuring that they are processed in compliance with company requirements and agreed contractual terms • Successfully liaise with Joint Venture Partners (JVP) focal points with regard to TSA/SA charges including At-cost certificates (ACC) in accordance with the NCSPSA requirements • Manage all the audit related issues and provide advices for their closure • Support Cost Recovery audit team with respect to the audit of all TSA/SA charges • Develop and implement appropriate TSA control processes including monitoring against approved budget • Assist Head of TSA/SA/IP in the timely preparation of quarterly reports for Management

Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Verify compliance and ensure timely and accurate payments of all invoices (TSA/SA/IP) of JVP • Prepare Statement of Accounts Reconciliation on request of Partners or Head of Accounts Payable • Implement appropriate TSA control processes including monitoring against approved budget • Successfully liaise with JVP focal points in resolving backlog of TSA/SA charges back to 2008 • Significantly reduced the number and amount of cost recovery exceptions relating to TSA/SA ACCs • Successfully implemented the “Clearing House” concept relating to SA charges in accordance with the 2012 Settlement Agreement with Republic of Kazakhstan • Preparing TSA/SA Reports for Management

Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Successfully managed the Finance Director’s calendar including schedule of meetings with RoK Government officials and the PSA Authority • Coordinated various executive reports from different Finance functions and from other Directorates for the Finance Director
