Preparing syllabi and course schedules for Professional English courses, teaching English (practical training), assessments and administrative work, proofreading translations, participation in professional development activities for teachers and students as an English native speaker. Conducted classes online using MS Teams, Zoom and Webex platforms.

Teaching English to corporate clients, kids and candidates for professional exams such as IELTS, TOEFL and SAT.

I worked with Scania CV India in the Technical Support team. My tasks included checking technical publications from Scania and outside it, creating technical documents including investigation reports, operating procedures and recommended actions, distributing these to the field teams and dealers. Besides this I also assisted in troubleshooting, investigation of critical problems and coordination with other departments such as Presales, R&D, Production, etc. My role included analysing failure data and presenting these to the concerned stakeholders and other departments so that the business unit could adapt to the performance of the products in the field.
