• Liaison with construction team to communicate contractor ELC performance; • Delivery of the ELC Assurance Process for post award activities; • Conducting ELC Pre Job Reviews to support contractors in developing management systems which meet project requirements; • Supporting contractors during the development of their management systems and procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely manner; • Reviewing Contractor management systems to ensure they meet project requirements; • Completing Environmental Inspections as part of the ELC Assurance Process; • Responsible for completing Environmental Audits as part of the ELC Assurance Process; • Responsible for environmental monthly reporting which includes: o Training to contractors on how to use reports; o Collation of contractor monthly reports ; o Reviews of contractor monthly reports and highlighting issues and recording trends; • Providing ELC reports to management; • Collation of ELC/Environmental feedback from Contractors/Company regarding suggestions for improvement; • Collation of ELC/Environmental information for input to construction reports; • Responsible for environmental record keeping and filing; • Responsible for keeping the environmental field action tracking register up to date which records all actions resulting from environmental inspections; • Responsible for issuing field action tracking register and permit register on a weekly basis to construction team; • Responsible for issuing corrective action forms non-conformance reports and incident reports to contractors and liaising with contractors to ensure actions are closed out; • Programming environmental inspections and auditing; • Attendance at weekly Environmental Team meeting, ELC Assurance call, construction progress meetings

Maximum Permissible Discharge (MPD) projects, volume of waste generation and waste disposal limits, environmental protection chapters; - Preparation of calculations on environmental protection using calculation and modeling software tools; - Development of Hazardous Waste Passports.
