Cost Controls Team Leader for construction of a Polypropylene Plant located in the Tobolsk, Russia. The project is a brown field project and one of the biggest investment projects in petrochemical industry in Russia with capacity of 500 000 tons of polypropylene per year and total investments more than 2 billion dollars. Sibur is the Client working with Western contractors to complete the construction. Fluor (USA) – project management consultant and engineering contractor, Linde (Germany) – EPC contractor of Polypropylene production unit, Tecnimont (Italy) – EPC contractor of Propylene dehydration unit. Cost Control activities: • Developed Cost Control strategies, plans and procedures and participated in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan/Decision Support Package for the Define and Execute Phases • Coordinated the Cost activities and developed strong interfaces between the other key disciplines/groups such as Contracts, Finance, Planning, Estimating and Procurement Teams. • Developed and maintained Cost Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS). • Controlled and monitored the proper cost allocation according to CWBS. • Prepared and issued monthly cost reports with Actual to Date (ATD), Estimate to Complete (ETC) cost, Commitments and Expenditures. • Prepared and issued quarterly Forecasts and deviations reports (Current Forecast vs. Budget and/or Previous Forecast). • Prepared and issued monthly project status reports (costs, deviations, planned / actual progress, S-curve graph, main risks). • Prepared and issued Change Orders (PDN & DN) • Checked up of subcontracts and purchase orders amounts to be in line with budgeted amounts.

Cost Engineer for construction of an Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Complex located in the Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The project is a green field project to process heavy sour Carbonic and Devonion crude oils produced in Tatarstan with capacity of 7 mln.tons refinery crude run and total investments more than 8 billion dollars. Complex includes the following units: CDU-VDU, Naphtha Stabilization Assembly of Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit, Sulphur Production, Amines Regeneration unit, Tar Visbreaker, Sour Water Stripper and Offsite facilities.
