- Supervise and coordinate all quality activities during procurement and receiving of materials, construction and commissioning phases, preservation to ensure compliance with the project requirements. - Manage of inspection team and 3rd party inspection business partner. - Coordination with all involved parties (Engineering, Construction, Turnover, Planning and Cost teams) - Monitor quality performance and coordinate quality reporting - Verify that Contractors / Subcontractors work scope execution is in compliance with approved ITPs and project requirements - Represent Quality at Contractor kick-off meetings; assist in review and selection of Contractor and Subcontractor including Quality Plans, Procedures, ITPs, etc. - Maintain and implement the site surveillance plan - Issue surveillance reports, NCRs and Quality Alerts in a timely manner and identifies corrective actions, preventive actions or observations as required. - Provide expertise to the project team to avoid/resolve quality problems. - Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensures non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed in a timely manner to avoid schedule delays. - Report to Project Manager, with a functional reporting relationship to the Quality Manager

- Managing of an inspection team personnel during construction activities for welding, mechanical, civil, coating and insulation scope. - Promote a Quality Policy & Objectives and ensure to compliance of Quality Management. - Review of ITPs, inspection procedures and other documentations. - Ensure that surveillance program is implementing for QC, construction, preservation and commissioning teams. - Interface with construction, engineering, commissioning departments to avoid or fix any quality issues. - Conducting of meetings, trainings which have a relation to Quality. - Supporting of construction team to achieve of company goals. - Opening and closing of NCRs with relative correction and preventive actions. Raising of RCA to get lesson learns in the future.

- Supervision of piping/welding inspectors ensuring critical inspection activities are witnessed. - Report to QC Lead on all quality related matters relating to piping work. - Perform oversight inspection for piping activities, covering fit up, welding and NDE. - Review of inspection procedures and documentation. - Reporting and advising to construction team of any quality issues. - Verify implementation of project requirements (Specs, Standards, GOSTs and etc.) - Work with other teams such as Construction, Engineering, Warehouse to fix or avoid any quality issues on site

- Maintain the QA Plan and existing Quality Manual. - Follow up QA Procedures implementation. - Communication with respective teams to implement and monitor QA System - Identify nonconformances and take preventive and corrective actions. - Non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments. - Perform QA audits for business partner - QC inspections on site - Managing of continuous Quality trainings - Perform all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company

- Monitoring of implementation of quality plans, inspection plans, specifications, procedures, instructions. - Verifying subcontractors’ records of calibration, inspection and test equipment’s. - Review welding procedures, quality plans, NDE procedures, daily welding reports and NDT reports. - Ensuring the welding activities performed by subcontractors meet the Company’s standards and Specifications. - Liaison with Clients/third party inspection agencies on quality matters of the project

- Inspection of welding and NDE activities in accordance with project specifications - WPS and welders qualification - Reviewing of Welding Procedure Specifications - Review Test Packs for pressure testing - Pressure tests and reinstatement inspections - Review daily welding reports and NDT reports.

- Coordination of all welding, NDE and mechanical inspections - Reviewing of Technical documentation, welding procedure specification, method statements in accordance with standards and company specifications - Inspection and monitoring of welding, NDE and mechanical activities in accordance with quality control plans. - Control as-built documentation preparation, review turnover dossiers - Pressure tests and reinstatement inspections - Inspection of equipment installation (pumps, compressors, turbines) - Incoming control inspection for materials - Review daily welding reports and NDT reports. - WPS and Welders qualification

Preparation, checking and submission of Test packs to client - Inspection of piping and steel structures for completion of welding work and NDT; - Inspection Test packs for readiness to Hydro/Pneumatic tests - Preparation Punch lists Item for piping and steel structures; - Witnessing of Hydro/Pneumatic tests; - Inspection of reinstatement system after Hydro/Pneumatic tests - Final inspection and closure of Punch List items

Quality Control of welding&mechanical works during piping, pipelines, steel structures activities to accordance RoK regulatory documents (SNiP, GOST), international codes ASTM, ASME, API and KPO specifications - Coordination of NDE activities - Inspection of daily welding activities (Fit-up, welding parameters, visual inspection and etc.) - Receiving control inspection, verification of storage condition at warehouse - Reviewing of Welding and PWHT Logbooks in accordance with site activities; - Inspection of Welding and PWHT equipment (calibration, condition) - Preparation of Daily Welding Reports - Welding procedures and welders qualification - Preparation of PWHT and NDT Requests

Quality assurance and control of welding/mechanical/painting activities for tanks, steel structures, piping to accordance with regulatory documents (SNiP, GOST), ASME IX, API 650, ASME B31.3 and client specifications.
