Reports to QA Manager as a member of the project management team and is responsible for the overall management of quality function and activities on the project in support of the execution of the scope of work including: • Establishing, maintaining and implementing Quality System at the job site within the framework of project policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards • Ensure that all project activities and processes are conducted in accordance with the project quality standards • Development, issuance and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan • Conduct Quality Management Review Meetings • Project Quality Dashboard • Developing Quality Planning, Yearly Internal Audit and Surveillance Audit Schedule • Identify key project KPI’s and monitor them on monthly basis. Analyzing and reviewing actions on below target KPI’s • Ensures that risks and opportunities are identified and managed, considering the needs and expectations of the interested parties as well as the internal and external issues • Coordinate External Audits (ISO 9001, Client Audits and Bechtel Enka Corporate Audits) • QMS implementation on project • Encourages the project team for continual improvement. Initiated PIP and Quality Bulletins on project • Ensures that the lessons learned and best practices are identified and documented properly throughout the Project • Conducts quality audits to evaluate the compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Review of corrective actions taken • Holds regular quality review meetings • Determines and organizes required training needs for the effective implementation of Project Quality Plan, and provides necessary documentation for the training, • Monitors activities of appointed subcontractors/suppliers through surveillance and audits • Present monthly reports on the performance of the project quality management system to the project’s senior management • Monitors preservation and the “build it clean” philosophy

I worked as a Process Engineer for a selection of water treatment equipment and reagents, based on customer baseline data. I am also engaged in the installation of equipment and service
