Regulatory Affairs Assistant
Descriptions:
* Responsible for own safety and safety of colleagues according to Health protection, Safety and Environment protection TCO policy.
* Provide support to all aspects of Regulatory Affairs for project, and contribute to the systematic management of OE (safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency) to achieve world-class performance which is in support of TCO Operational Excellence strategy. Control over the compliance with Regulations and Procedures, effective within the RoK, adherence to GOST and SNiP Codes and Standards.
* Monitor changes and amendments to RoK legislation, in-time analysis and study of the changes to determine their possible impact on the project activity and providing with valid procedures and instruction to follow law requirements.
* Provide support to Project team members & involved Departments and interpretation of local regulatory requirements. Provide regulatory documentation per requests to Project team. Check Contractors\Designer company regulatory documentation to ensure their activities in compliance with RoK Regulatory and TCO Standards requirements
* Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders including TCO Project Team members, relevant TCO Departments, Contractors & Regulatory Agencies.
* Provide support in obtaining Certificate of Conformance, Permit to Use and Measuring Devices Registration, Fire Safety Conclusions, Sanitary epidemiological certificates as well as registration of relevant equipment passports with authorized state bodies for project execution, including environmental & safety evaluation of purchased equipments\ materials in compliance with procurement scheduling and associated control & tracking. Review and provide comments for all datasheets, technical passports, Supply Data Requirement List (SDRL) and other technical documents.
* Act as interface between TCO RA group and Atyrau Regulatory Affairs Agency for effective communication to conduct inspections and obtain permissions. Coordinate process of preparing and organization of completed asset registration of all PWTP facilities with TCO RA&C and TCO Shared Cervices Group. Comply and ensure that all regulatory and permitting documentation are registered and tracked into the databases: QDMS and CMS. Ensure handover of project regulatory & permitting documentation to project DCC group for further handover to the appropriate TCO Department (e.g., to TCO Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Dept., TCO Ecology Dept.).
