General management of division activity, development and implementation of plans for monitoring and analysis of state services provided by the Ministry, development and continuous improvement of the methodology for monitoring and analysis of state services, collecting information necessary for planning optimization and automation of state services, managing the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of state services, development of normative legal acts aimed at improving and optimization of state services, consideration of correspondence, management the preparation of documents and materials on matters within the competence of the division and etc.

• Ensuring the implementation of state policy in the social and labor sphere in the framework of interaction with foreign countries, regional integration associations, international organizations (ILO, ISSA, UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank, etc.); • Organization of bilateral meetings and official events of the leadership of the Ministry with representatives of international organizations; • Development and ratification of interdepartmental, intergovernmental and interstate treaties and other acts of an international nature, as well as the development of proposals and carrying out domestic procedures of entering to multilateral international treaties in supervised areas of cooperation; • Cooperation and interaction with the Republic of Bulgaria, the Kingdom of Thailand and Mongolia in the framework of the joint intergovernmental commissions assigned to the Ministry; • Participation in the preparation of analytical materials, reports, together with interested departments of the Ministry, necessary for participation of the leadership of the Ministry on official foreign business trips and international events; • Interaction with structural units of other ministries and departments for international cooperation issues, as well as with units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Department of Consular Services, etc.) on the issue of visa processing). Management of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Projects 1) “Building Inclusive Labour Markets in Kazakhstan: A Focus on Youth, Older Workers and People with Disabilities”. The main goal of the Project: to analyze the key problems associated with the employment of these population groups in Kazakhstan, and to identify appropriate strategic actions to improve the labor market and social prospects for socially disadvantaged groups of the population. 2) “Building effective national skills strategies”. The main goal of this OECD Project: to provide a strategic assessment of the skills system in Kazakhstan with a view to technically assist in building an effective national skills strategy to support future economic and social development.
