-Coordinate and supervise all types of international tests and exams; -Ensure that there is no communication between students during the examination; -Ensure that all candidates receive the same exam experience; -Ensure the security of each exam – before, during and at the end; -Prevent any possible malpractice; -Help organise candidates at the start and end of the exam; -Provide the correct information and material for each exam.

-Coordinate the delivery of project activities in close cooperation with national and international partners, and local and regional project teams. Provide administrative, financial and logistical support to projects and services, accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, in line with British Council standards and to the satisfaction of our partners and customers. -Liaise with national and international partners to ensure their proper input to the delivery of projects. -Ensure that all projects and activities are delivered in accordance with the British Council’s customer service standards. -Coordinate the delivery of events in line with British Council standards. -Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of projects and services in accordance with project / business communication plans

- Organize and coordinate all types of international tests and exams; - Works with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals; - Maintain financial statements; - Database management; - Works with the organization’s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings. - Monitor progress and achievement through performance metric reports and take corrective action as appropriate and in a timely manner; - Works as an integral part and senior member of the Exams team; - Coordinate the activities of sub contractors, partners, internal departments, and the prime contractor (if applicable).
