Performs work on inviting coaches and players to the team from foreign countries, preparing the relevant documents for migration of foreign players from foreign countries. 9. Organization of uninterrupted operation of the Atyrau Sports and Recreation Complex. 10. Work with personnel: personnel selection, discipline control, compliance with standards, norms and rules of the club. 11. Maintaining timesheets, creating work schedules. 12. Conducting economic and strategic planning of the club. 13. Organization of budget execution. 14. Ensuring a comfortable stay for clients (building high-quality service in the Sports and Recreation Complex). 15. Control of cash discipline. 16. Control over the serviceability of equipment and other inventory items. 17. Preparation of reporting documentation. 18. Implementing lower level plans, instructions procedures pursuant to the Security objectives. • Ensuring the execution of technical, physical, procedural and human security advice and assistance at all levels as required. • Responsible for effective and efficient guarding services by Contractor security as well as general security services with emphasis on (not restricted to) - deployment planning (duty schedules/rosters, etc) and control; - successful handovers between shifts; - Contractor supervision and control; - Contractor site induction; - site visits; - quality checks (assurance actions) (site tests); - compliance of site procedures/instructions; • Conduct a continuous and positive liaison and control with guarding contractors providing service. • Providing security training and induction as and where required. • Participating in security evaluation and self-audits. • Ensuring the enforcement of Security, HSE and other company regulations by staff, contractors and visitors. • Participating in investigations of security breaches, crime and other matters as directed. • Ensuring the efficiency of operations in respect of Access Control, material movement control for vehicles and personnel throughout the Site. • Ensuring the constant and efficient regulation and control of road traffic within the Site. Ensuring a high standard of general security operations is maintained.

- Defining security risks based on assessment of conditions in the country traversed. - Providing direction to Security Procedures for protection of project personnel and assets in full compliance with the TCO, KPJV and project related procedures and policies. - Developing security emergency and contingency plans appropriate to each project activity - Monitoring of the security process in the Project. - Shall liaise with FGP Construction Security Lead and Coordinator assigned on the project to manage daily security matters. - Shall be responsible to safeguard properties of the Contractor and Company material and equipment. - Shall plan Security Drill once during fabrication phase with scenario based on the project security risk assessment. - Regular review of the Site Specific Security Plan (SSSP) and in liaison with the FGP Construction Security Coordinator recommends changes to the security function.

GRIEVANCES AND INVESTIGATIONS: Investigate all grievances and report all findings to the IR Manager for action and resolution Report on issues raised and request clarification if required, or mitigation agreed to by the contractor Follow-up with mitigation steps on critical items and report progress to the IR Manager Detect and inform IR Manager of potential labour conflicts, emerging issues and trends and to proactively recommend solution Liaise with contractors, workers and IR Manager to be aware of worker problems or arising conflicts and of worker relations problems such as discrimination charges, employee complaints Work in compliance with established IR policies and procedures in maintaining IR activities on the Project To interview workers, management and other relevant individuals To handle and keep information confidential Update the Incident dashboard, or as often as required and close the items within the required time frames SITE VISITS: Attend site visit as and when required to identify potential IR risks and to confirm that employee grievances are being resolved. - To provide a reliable protection of objects from thefts and another criminal invasions, fire, incidents, acts of vandalism, natural disasters, social troubles; - In common with Company Manager to inspect the object, receiving under protection and sign act of inspection or list of company assets; - To work out and to realize the guidance of actions concerning Security of objects; - To produce protection frames and types of Security protection; - To stop attempts of unauthorized penetration on protected object; - To make testing of candidates for Security professional compatibility and to make his conclusion; - To make control and appraisal of employees on protected object; - To manage PPE, cold and fire-arms; - To carry out all possible help to law-enforcement and other state structures in case of investigations of criminal attempts on protected objects

• Leading and supervising incident investigations. • To investigate and analyze security incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions. • To ensure recommended and preventative security measures are implemented regarding security incidents. • To identify and establish preventative controls and actions to limit security risks and to identify mitigating factors. • To plan, organize and implement security awareness and awareness training with Project staff. • To liaise with other security stakeholders for purposes of data collection, analysis, dissemination and trend predictions. • To register, record and follow up on all security incidents and information. • To establish and maintain a security risk register. • To establish and maintain a security incident and information database. • To act as a stand in replacement for SD staff, when and if requested.
