MoC Mark-Up’s Management Procedure

Key responsibilities: - Engineering team management at FEED and detailed design - Development of engineering solutions in compliance with official standards and client specifications - Project planning and cost control - Design deliverables review to ensure project documentation quality - Liaison with client on all project-related issues and reporting on progress - Holding of team meetings - Development of project execution plans - Preparation of site survey agendas and reports on completion - Arrangement of 3D model review and preparation of close-out report - Risk assessment and arrangement of joint sessions with client - Liaison with vendors for project required materials and equipment - Development of CTR’s for bidding - Preparation of lessons learned matrixes

Key responsibilities: - Coordination of detailed design - Coordination of vendor activities carried out for Fabrication, engineering, inspections, FAT and certification - Establishing of Red Line/As-built flow process with construction and engineering contractors and further coordination - Holding weekly progress meetings with vendor, construction and engineering contractors - Management of eMOC (Management of Change) for assigned changes - Closing action items addressed to Engineering came out from ORR (Operation Readiness Review) - Review of SEQ’s (Site Engineering Query) and taking decisions - Engineering deliverables review - Liaison with Procurement/warehouse for project material issues - Tracking engineering contractors’ CTR’s - Verification of contractors' timesheets, payment certificates and acts of acceptance - Supporting Operations and Completion Teams

Key responsibilities: - Ensuring process module fabrication in accordance with design/company standards and specifications - Responding to TQ’s (Technical Query) - Tracking of design deviations - Verification of Red Line Mark-up drawings ensuring all changes by DCN’s (Design Change Notice) and FCN’s (Field Change Notice) are reflected - Verification of Green Line Mark-up drawings ensuring all carry over scope (not completed during fabrication) is covered for further completion during installation and hook-up - Initiating PCN’s (P&ID Change Notice) if changes made impacted P&ID - Verification of Execution Completion acts for Mechanical/Piping installation, insulation and painting works

Key responsibilities: - Engineering team management at detailed design phase - Design deliverables review and commenting - Monitoring of work progress and reporting on project performance - Ensuring timely response to SQ’s (Site Query) - Participation in project regular meetings

Key responsibilities: - Front End Engineering including preparation of SoW, concept selection, Basis for Design and project execution strategy for Plant Changes (Mod Projects), and presentation of those to IDP (Integrated Decision Panel) for budget approval and further implementation - Engineering gap analysis - Approval of CTR’s (Cost, time, resources) and RFS’ (Request for service) - Preparation of PCAP’s (Project Controls & Assurance Plan) - Support in project phases planning - Project management starting from Initiation and further during engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out ensuring that project execution meets company and state requirements, schedules and contract obligations - Design deliverables review and commenting - Materials expediting - Participation in HAZID/HAZOP sessions and Model Reviews - Day-to-day liaison with all stakeholders including vendors, contractors, local authorities, engineering and operations - Site visits and inspections - Conducting of progress review meetings - Final acceptance of executed works and handover documentation

Key responsibilities: - Piping detailed design: document types – work pack, GA, isometric drawings, alignment sheet, detailed drawing, MR, MTO - Single and interdisciplinary checks - Support in P&ID design - Piping team cost control for actual manhours and look ahead - Development of CTR’s for bidding - Site survey

Key responsibilities: - Preparation of Red Line/As-built procedure, work instructions and check lists to ensure quality of as-built drawings - Implementation of Red Line/As-built flow processes with further coordination and handover to client - liaison with site engineering for Red Line clarifications - Conducting progress review meetings on work performance - Support in compiling of construction dossiers
