Daily submitting and registering the new PTW’s, reviewing them, checking clashes, all relevant safety checklists are in, agreement with Client, if applicable. 2. Organize the Fast Track PTW’s and ensure their performance at site on time, considering that all meets requirements and standards 3. To monitor compliance with the execution of the procedure for work permits and to ensure the correctness filling out work permits in accordance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, safety and environmental protection 4. To register work permits, certificates for disabling the relevant types of equipment and certificate of protective equipment 5. Coordination and management of the existing work permit registration system 6. Review and check the correctness of filling out PTWs all related documents (JSA, STARRT, etc) 7. Maintains established reporting and maintains a database on PTWs 8. Determine and control the time, areas and responsible personnel of the work carried out 9. Carry out the weekly audits of the HSE/PTW system and provide a quality check on compliance with company policy 10. Attend all PTW meetings and supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to HES and Management

Providing technical safety support to design team including attending safety review workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA/SIL and prepare their Reports/Close-out Reports, HARFs, also keep data records/coordination of Safety Health Enviroment Action Monitor Register. 2. Preparation and review Terms of Reference for safety Review Reviews 3. Producing technical documents like Escape Route Layouts/ Safety Signs layouts. 4. Prepare and review Hazardous Area Classification and H2S, Area Classification documentation, Safety & Fire Fighting layouts and other Safety drawings. 5. Developing and review Safety Critical Element, Risk Management Requirement report 6. Understanding of safety and risk engineering aspects in Layout studies, HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA/SIL. Concept Safety Studies, HSE verification studies, Gas and gas-liquids processing – associated hazards / risks, etc., 7. Coordinating and review of process safety activities and deliverables including HSE Philosophies, HSE Plans, consequence modeling, HAZOP, HAZID etc 8. Meeting project safety requirements liaising with project Management. Interpret process safety related legislation and standards, participate in Proposal kick off Meeting 9. Review/Prepare specifications and data sheets for safety & fire-fighting equipment, deluge valve skids, fixed foam system, fire suppression systems, safety equipment (life raft, lifeboat etc.), breathing air systems. 10. Track progress of department docs and prioritise activities based on schedule and Client requirements. Projects: - KGDBN.
