• Coordination and control of the working team for the timely preparation of the aircraft to flight. • Management control of TSE centralized load control center (CLC) . • Coordination of services in case of delay or cancelation of flights. • Cooperation and consulting functions for all departments of Air astana. . Investigate the reasons of flight delays and determine code of delay • Provide communication and feedback to direct reports and upper managers. • Ensure that airport services being provided on time and properly. • Planning of aircraft loading, prepare load sheet to the flight, making weight&balance. • Coordinate airport service to load baggage, cargo, mail with load plan. • Monitor the flights inbound and outbound and give information to manager in case of delay. • Control ramp agents and manage them to prepare aircraft to flight.
