Contracts Specialist and Cost Analyst
Contracts Specialist: - Responsible for execution of all WRF project contracts-related activities, in compliance with TCO and RoK contracting policies and procedures. - Prepares and administers all Design, EPC, Construction and Personal Services contracts, Service Orders, Work Authorizations, Amendments and Change Orders. - Administers the execution of the contracts maintaining contracts log and monitoring expiration dates, approved values, etc., to assure adequate continuous support of project activities with no contracts-related bottlenecks. - Works with TCO SCM Contracts Group to prepare and distribute bid packages in Ariba eSourcing. - Participates in the bid evaluation process and supplier negotiations. Interfaces with Contracts, Legal, Internal Controls and Finance to finalize contract documents. - Prepares detailed contracting strategy. Develops contract process schedule based on approvals requirements (such as TCO Contracts Review Committee and required Partner approvals.) Cost Analyst: - Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly coded - Control of project commitments against approved budget lines. - Ensuring correct allocation of approved commitments, accruals and expenditures to the proper cost account, AFE. - Provision of project cost reports, verifying cost performance against schedule, and identifying areas of potential budget or AFE overrun requiring corrective action - Managing monthly Work-In-Progress, actual expenditure and accrual, Year-End accrual activities - Provision of CAPEX&OPEX Forecast reports to TCO Strategic Planning on a monthly basis - Producing monthly Direct Charge Materials (DCM) report.
