Also to document all changes requirements, control deployment and successful testing of solution provided before transfer to live environment; o To provide support to IT&T on GRC Segregation of Duties risks identified in accordance with Business processes requirements and Risks mitigation exercises; o To provide guidance and leadership to the team to ensure teamwork, understanding of work scope and strong focus on achieving SAP Finance Systems Department objectives; o To consult Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, Budget & Reporting, Joint Venture Accounting, Treasury, Tax departments with best practice of business process in SAP based on worldwide practice.

-Support SAP Finance Systems Manager in identification of Finance and Controlling modules data management scope and closely interact with Accounts Payables, Treasury, Budget and Reporting, Joint Venture Accounting, Tax, Contracts and Procurement, Warehouse and Materilas Management, Production and Maintenance Departments to ensure effective data management and data consistency in SAP system; -Manage the SAP activities to ensure harmonised data for all Finance and Control modules (FI, CO, FM, HCM) with Material Management and Plant Maintenance modules integration to support standardised operational procedures and reporting; -Plan, organise, coordinate and manage the KPO's electronic data processing activities including system support for internal and external users in order to ensure an advanced and effective service to all users; -Coordinate and control correctness of data exchange between SAP modules: Finance, Controlling , Funds Management, Material Management, Plant Maintenance, Human Capital Management and developed Interfaces between Scala and SAP, Bank Interfaces; -Monitor constantly business requirements on data input, maintenance and update in compliance with approval processes established within Finance and other related parties; -Have detailed understanding of Finance and Controling SAP modules, business processes and data relevance to provide data accuracy, transparency and validity in cross functional transactions and operations; -Receive, analyse and prioritise user requests on SAP data errors, related to data integrity. Identify and eliminate SAP system post implementation malfunctions. Analyze new requirements to improve SAP system functional design processes; -Document all changes requirements, control deployment and successful testing of solution provided before transfer to live environment; -Periodically update related procedures; -Understand the work scope and strong focus on achieving SAP Finance Systems Department objectives.

SAP Functional Support Specialist position was created in the project after finishing an implementation of SAP into KPO. Description of duties are following: Provide regular and high performance work of the accounting program facilitating to SAP functional support Section Head manage SAP Finance and Controlling users support, Analyze data to identify problems or recommend preventive actions, research/troubleshoot problems, and provide status pro-actively, Perform end users training, consulting as well as internal cross training to other team members as necessary;

The position of SunSystems administration specialist was about to control all finance and accounting activity. However after starting of implementation SAP into KPO, SunSystems administrations specialists were reorganised into Focal Points of Finance Department. Duties of SS administration specialist are following: Provide regular effective work of the accounting program and individual stage (first level). Render the methodical and technical help to end users, support of all SUN-5 users. Organize SUN Training – Users and render functional SUN support. Develop user management with assistance of IT&T specialists. Perform works on formation, conducting and storage of accounting information database, make changes in the supplemental and normative information required for data processing, update the periodical database SUN interface (HR/Payroll, Maxi-SUN) and month closing procedure. Provide managers and other accounting program users with the comparable and authentic accounting information in corresponding directors of the account.

The main duties of IT manager were to provide regular and effective work of all softwares and programs. There were only 4 people of staff.
