Support Supervisor in Audit Department of Deloitte. Assisting a Head of Audit, my main responsibilities were: • Supervise work and effectiveness of support staff in Audit department and their day-to-day operations; • Oversee evaluation and goal setting process; issues/make hiring recommendations; • Coordinate with leadership on compensation recommendation; • Understand business needs of a large/complex office environment; • Enhance professionals (Partners, Managers, Auditors) relationships • Work with HR manager on employee relations issues, make hiring recommendations; taking decisions for hiring • Supervise sick leave, annual leave, study leave etc. for support staff in Audit department; • Take allowances for unexpected staff absences and other disruptions by adjusting assignments or performing the work myself if required; • Oversee evaluation performance of employee and goal setting process: indicate a good job, alternatively, determine the cause and help the worker to improve her/his performance. Finding accommodation, helping with working visas, preparing inter-billing contracts when needed; • Accept and process telephone calls for partners, organize conference calls; • Coordinate office meetings with Professional staff; checking Partners calendar on a daily basis in order to remind them about forthcoming meetings and to order taxi in advance when required; • Support in preparation of applications for advances, cash receipts and forms of ordering tickets and per diem • Help in issuing invoices by providing supporting documents for expenses, calculating expenses, filling in information in SAP system; • Support in preparation of expense reports; • Help with preparation of contracts and Genforms; • Support in background check and tenders when needed; • At the request of the Partner, perform various operations in SAP system (approval of invoices, timesheets,); • Support in preparation of standard letters and faxes using Deloitte standards • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint for meetings and conferences at the request of Partners; • Keep a schedule for the Partners and timely reminding of planned meetings/events; • Timely present the necessary documents for Partners’ signature; • Support of cooperation between personal assistants; • Interpret for Partners at meetings with customers; • Report to Partner if Supervisor recognizes potential problems • Do other assignments from Partners of Audit Department
