Control over timely and uninterrupted material and technical support of the bank's departments in close cooperation with the Procurement Department; Office budgeting; participating in budget committees (Permanent member of budget committee); submitting issues for consideration by Bank's Board, etc

Material and technical suuply of employees, including stationery and office supplies, furniture supply; maintenance of administrative motor pool, including mechanical services and fuel provision; maintenance of the office space, including cleaning, repair works; reception and accomodation of internationl partners, guests, co-workers from subsidiaries; assistance in corporate events organisation
