• Carry out daily performance of activities associated with document management work. • Implementing established documents management work flow to ensure proper traceability of the stock inventory documentations. • Perform all documentation management, trying to allocate all shipping documentation to the back loaded materials received from offshore. • To ensure the quality, integrity and consistency of the documentations found after the reconciliation of the back loaded items • Review and verify the documentation package extracted from IMIS for the back loaded stuff. • Review and verify the quality of the data populated within the ERP system in line with COMPANY procedures. • Communicate/liaison with materials management team and resolve problems & issues relating to documentations. • Assists in developing scope of work in conjunction with materials management team. • Ensure the reconciliation completion packages are well traced in case required. • Accountable for ensuring implementing and compliance with materials management and processes

• Filling of database • To control transports’ speed limits by the IVMS system • Distribution of documents for contract folders • Preparation daily, weekly, monthly reports • Translation the documents

• Monitoring of all activities related to warehouses - material receipt, storage and further issue • Responsible for provide necessary information and documents to Inventory Management to allow clear identification and master records of all materials • Receiving, storage and delivery of all materials through contracts • To invite end users to inspect their requested materials. • Provide the necessary equipments and spare parts for employees related to their work by MIV(Material Issue Voucher) • Responsible to organize appropriate materials tagging process. • Responsible for provide necessary information and documents to Inventory - Provide daily report regarding to issuing materials and remaining materials • Responsible for keeping the Physical Inventory Documents register with status and details of the counts. • Control of materials tagging system including labeling of the material with codes/preservation tags/condition indicators; • Monitoring of compliance of Materials stored in Warehouses against Materials Technical Specifications/Characteristics and SAP Material Master data; • Identify that all materials is stored in according with type/group/conditions and easily identified and reachable, the bin location are consistent with the materials stored

Ex team – Inspects EX(Explosion proof) equipments in the plant. • My activity is to update database according to the reports which done by inspectors. • To check condition of the damaged equipments in the plant • To open notifications in the system SAP blueprint in order to repair damaged equipments in the plant. • To follow the status of WOs and to update database according to taken activities

• To receive the new Material Requisitions from requestor, and to check it, to give number, after to get supervisor’s approval. To fill all data from MR in Material Requisition Report. • To send to Contract Administrator approved MR, and to wait for SI(Site Instruction) for MR which provided for Supllier. • After receiving SI Supplier provide VOP(Variation order of proposal) for requestor. Requestor choose the appropriate Supplier or manufacture for requested material and do with our technical specialist Technical and Commercial evaluation. After getting supervisor’ approval, VOP with technical and commercial evaluation will send to Contract Administrator. • Contract Administrator provide VO(Variation Order) and send it to supplier. • Supplier provide PO(Purchase Order), there mentioned the approximately time of delivery of materials. • All this process updates in MR Register. • To inform requestor the status of MR during the process
