At Tengiz, the overhaul of KTL-2 was completed, one of the most complex overhauls in the history of Tengizchevroil was completed ahead of schedule. The Integrated Process Line-2 (KTL-2) underwent a major overhaul. My task in the project is to monitor compliance with design decisions and the quality of construction (sections of the instrumentation and electrical engineering project); Quality control and volumes of construction, installation and commissioning work performed; Taking measures to prevent defects in construction and installation works and preventing the commissioning of an object with low quality; Monitoring compliance with HSE regulations of contractor organizations. Control over the maintenance of as-built documentation at the site (checklists, acts of completed work, as-built diagrams). Quality control and deadlines for eliminating defects. Accounting for completed work and preparing the necessary data for reporting. All aspects of quality control in the E&I discipline.
