-Providing high level technical field services and support to customer equipment based in Kazakhstan and where required. -Installation, commission/start up, maintenance, inspection and repair of a wide variety of pumps and related equipment -Installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of dry gas and mechanical seals -Finding out a correct action plan in response to customers problems, needs and emergencies -Planning work, co-ordinate the activities of sub-contractors, maintain customer timeframes -Troubleshooting, investigation and resolving technical problems that arose during implementation and equipment start-up -Preparing accurate and timely activity reports to customer and Flowserve management that include recommendations and conclusions. -Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

-Provision of safety operation of mechanical equipment and technological units (pipelines, units, pump facilities, stop valves, fittings, etc.) pump stations, making of periodic maintenance checks. -Engineering supervision, routine and preventive and planned preventive maintenance, current and overhaul repairs of mainline pumps type FLOWSERVE DVMX (4 jts.) and whole mechanic and technological equipment of pump stations. -Preparation of technical documentation on operation and repair of pump stations equipment, scheduling of technical check of mechanical equipment of pump stations. -Preparation of requisitions and organizational measures for works of contractual companies. -Preparation of requisitions for purchasing of required materials, spares and tools. -Prevention of accidents, liquidation of emergency situations, illegal ties to the main pipeline and its sequences, participation in measures on launching of ROSEN diagnostic pigs. -Performance of responsibilities of Team Leader, of group Pipeline and Pump Stations Operations while his absence.

-Oilfield equipment and pumping unit (including Gathering system, centrifugal pumps, vacuum pump, condensate pump, RP, SRP) repairs, installation, assembly, test and maintenance. -Milton Roy Dosing pump repairs, maintenance and connection to dosing pumps of reagent block -Work experience at Test bench testing PCPs (KUDU, Weatherford, NTZ, Protex, Dynamic, Moyno). -Repair and testing of KUDU drive heads. -Pumping unit and shaft alignment.
