Preparation of welding procedures according to the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and delivery of documentation to customers and delivery of the pipeline for the TG-3 GRES project in the Karaganda region. Topar

-Personnel qualification certification check (welders, inspectors etc); - Gauge and equipment calibration record check; -Visual control and gauge of weld joints; -reading of radiographs; - Control over surface preparation and paint application; - Control over timely preparation of all QC related documentation by Contractors; -Daily work reports to line manager

- To responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements. Their duties include measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests and identifying defects. -Personnel qualification certification check (welders, inspectors etc); - Gauge and equipment calibration record check; -Visual control and gauge of weld joints; -reading of radiographs; - Control over surface preparation and paint application; - Control over timely preparation of all QC related documentation by Contractors; -Daily work reports to line manager.

-Verify quality control documentation in the form of Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements and work instructions and inspection records , test certificates are available prior to work commencing. -Ensure work sequence is planned and controlled via Implementation and adherence to company approved method statements and work instructions. -Witnessing NDT of Welding works to verify adequacy of construction and inspection methodologies in producing product conforming to engineering drawings, specification, codes & standards and project contract documents. -Monitoring and reporting the works status using Computer software (MS project). -Produce and submit daily Inspection Reports identifying items inspection, acceptance / rejection rates and area of concern. -Review, endorse NDT and QC reports and prepare daily and weekly reports. Assessment & review of documentation required for the successful work completion.

-Tracking, check and control over all welding activities, Heat Treatment and NDT activities within Department Scope of work according to specifications, Quality Control documentation and procedure requirements; -Regular examination and special inspections according to Request for Inspection; -Personnel qualification certification check (welders, inspectors etc); - Gauge and equipment calibration record check; -Visual control and gauge of weld joints; -reading of radiographs; - Control over surface preparation and paint application; - Control over timely preparation of all QC related documentation by Contractors; -Daily work reports to line manager on performed work and non-conformity revealed as per KPBV instructions;
