Maintenance Senior Logistics Materials and Procurement Coordinator
The purpose and primary function of the Logistics Coordinator position is to provide expertise to develop, validate and execute the logistics procedures and action planning plans required to ensure a perfect launch through operational readiness. (RFO)
overseeing of entire end to end Materials Management process to support TCO operations - starting from planning, ordering, inventory control, warehouse operations, equipment preservation, lifting and rigging activities, Departments strategic development, Process and storage optimization,
Planning, execution, and control of the procurement, movement, and stationing of personnel, material, and other resources to achieve the objectives of a FGP M&R project.
Timely and high-quality execution of the supply process, taking into account the efficient use of resources and maximum satisfaction of internal and external customers with the results of fulfilling requests;
• Organization of supply and warehouse management;
• The procedure for concluding contracts with suppliers and monitoring their implementation, drawing up documentation for the release of materials to the organization's divisions;
• Organization and procedure for keeping records of supply operations;
• Timely execution of documents related to the purchase, delivery and acceptance of goods to the warehouse.
Arrangements of personnel movement.
Arrangements of furniture and IT equipment.
Includes the movement of material and consumables from the warehouse to execution locations on site as aligned to execution requirements. Also, movement of material from BB warehouse to the EVPL warehouse, and between the sites.
Assist the development of the transportation optimization plan (LDV, Bus, Forklift, boom trucks)
Daily Сoordination of busses and LDV’s for personnel.
Arrangements off access to the site for drivers and LDV’s. Developed documentation and coordinated execution with BPs Effect the management of mobilization and site access for BB ERT
Work closely with the whole M&R team, BB, BP to support daily activities.
Work closely with the 3GP Filed Facilities Coordinator and 3GP Facility Maintenance Coordinator to support to whole M&R team to daily activities.
Work closely with the 3GP Facility Maintenance Coordinator to provide maintenance work in office and inventory containers.
Filling out weekly POB to EVPL team.
Development of Documentation according to the TCO procedure Tengizchevroil Safe Operation of Temporary Buildings and Containers SP-24 and SP-39 checklists “Temporary buildings and containers” to conduct PSSR to inventory and office containers at Sarens compound, Processing requests for materials for routine maintenance. - Search for materials in the warehouses of the main production and PBR. - Reserve and issue of materials through JDE tools (WO, SO, S1, MWR) - Reserve and issue of materials from the PBR warehouse through FMR (preparation of FMR, justification of the need for materials). - Control of delivery of materials to the end user. - Carrying out personal delivery of materials in case of requests for priority work P1, P2. 2. Return of unused materials to the warehouses of the main production and PBR, preparation of accompanying documentation (justification for return, photo, MWR, FMR-R) 3.
