Spanish fashion retailer "Mango", franchise owned by "K&К" Group in Kazakhstan. Brands covered: Mango SHE, Mango HE, Mango KIDS, Violeta by Mango (total 17 stores). Was responsible in assisting to all brand manager's tasks with having more in focus daily sales processes, product rotation among stores for the purposes of best commercial efficiency, control of visual merchandising implementation.

Responsible for achieving sales targets, daily KPIs, control of all store operation processes, staff management and enlargement of customer database via exceptional level of service and communication with clients, including personal work with "VIP" segment.

Responsible for entire store (765sqm) operation and sales processes, including management of 30 staff.
