Duties at different times included selling assets and liabilities, hiring and coaching people, launch and maintenance of branch in full range of operational, administrative and business issues. This was an experience of flexibility and diplomacy in highly complicated corporate structure with many crossing communication lines. I was directly managing service, assets and liabilities sales units, totaling in more than 40 employees. My teams had achieved remarkable results. Asset sales team had grown sales 24 times in Y’06-08. Astana teams constantly took 1 or 2 positions in Kazakhstan rank. 3 persons had been promoted to Team Leader position. Liabilities team had modest but steady trend of growth and became the best team across Kazakhstan in Apr’08. Service unit had all KPI near or equal to 100% 6 consequent quarters.

The country also had built best displays across CIS totaling up to 2 100 faces. These results of Kyrgyzstan team were presented at Annual Conference in Prague, Czech.
