The objective of the HSE Department is to Ensure that there is Zero Harm to any Person or any Environmental damage to the Land – Environment and the Atmosphere. This position is a Essential role in the Organization for the safe execution of the Office staff – Transport of Staff and Equipment to site plus the Construction Works on Site. Organization and coordinate HSE work on construction site, interact and work with Custoner and our BP in organization of HSE works and perdorming their duties, targets and HSE goals. Monitoring compliances and non-compliances of of Project activities in all deparment of BP. Organizations of legislative, regulatory and legal acts and the Customer's requirements for HSE. Ensuring safe conditions for the Company's personnel in the process of performing work, and also compliance with the applicable norms, rules and instructions for safety and security labor in the work process. - implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, ecology; - health and safety management system -ISO 45001 -coordinating the regulation on the department of health, safety and environmental protection at the construction site. - Incident, accident investigation managemnt. Controls the correct organization of workplaces, technological processes. Provides participation of employees of the HSE department in the preparation and submission of proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced designs of fencing equipment, safety and blocking devices, other means of protection against exposure to hazardous and harmful production factors, the development and implementation of measures to create safe and healthy working conditions, rational modes of work and rest. · Carries out operational control of compliance with the norms and rules of labor protection, safety measures by the personnel of the Company, contractors, trainees, visitors, with the prescription of urgent measures to eliminate the identified violations. Organization of control over the timeliness and completeness of providing employees of the organization with special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment, therapeutic and preventive nutrition, milk and other equivalent food products etc.

Kazminerals Project BV (KPBV) Mining Company. https://www.kazminerals.com/ Position: HSE supervisor Works on Pre-Commissioning activities under the day to day control of the site KPBV Pre-Commissioning. Assist and support the Pre-Commissioning Group in the preparation of risk assessments. Monitor the availability and appropriateness of risk assessments and, where necessary, safe working practices. Liaise with Construction and Pre-Commissioning workplace supervisors in the workplace before permit-controlled work starts, to ensure controls recorded in JHA/PTW are understand and will control risk effectively. Work with Duty Electricians to ensure 100% LOTO / Isolation compliance. Monitor the effectiveness of workplace fire prevention, detection & control measures needed for work activities. Maintain HSE registers as defined and required. To undertake site safety inspections in conjunction with appointed contractor representatives. Ensure the implementation of the site Fire and Evacuation procedure and monitor on effectiveness by undertaking fire evacuation drills on all sites. Implementation, overseeing and enforcement of the Project (Aktogay) health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program for the Aktogay Expansion Project. Monitoring all field activities related to the Pre-Commissioning HSE of Expansion Project for HSE compliance. Conducting project commissioning induction training classes, maintain files and records, issue weekly and monthly reports. Performing work area inspections. Reviewing, approving and/or providing job safety and hazard analysis. Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action. Where necessary prepare reports to the enforcing authority as required by the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations. Assist with other HSE duties for the Aktogay Expansion Project.

WO/WI wells check /control contractor documents regarding wellsite handover form from operation to contractor and check the Assessment report for the identified nonconformities / hazards that all are solved and mitigated; check /control Rig pre - work audit form based on the check list to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled; check / control WO/WI layout - all equipment arrangement against layout schematic, etc Verifies that HSSE policy, strategy and targets are communicated and explained down to Contractor personnel on the Rig site; verifies Legal compliance related to HSSE of Contractor activity related to site operations Monitor Contractor and Company compliance on WO site with Hazardous substances mismanagement requirements and material safety data sheets (MSDS)

Provide assets with advice and support to effectively implement the PDO HSE & SD –Management Systems Engage in the implementation of the HSE-MS within the Line/Asset; providing guidance and support in its proper usage. Contribute in the development of the Asset’s HSE Plan as per Project/opertaional requirements and enforce conformity through regular monitoring and participating in remedial actions. Interface with the HSE team leader, contractors’ HSE advisors (including well engineering contracts) and the Asset - to improve lateral learnings. Promote the use of safety behvoural tools such as STOP in the asset/project, manage data to improve safety behavour of staff. Communicate relevant HSE initiates, Government legislatives and HSE lateral learnings to the Asset in order to raise awareness, encourage continuous learning and behavioral changes. The CPC Expansion Project aims to increase CPC Main Pipeline annual throughput capacity up to 67 MTA. This will be the second stage of the oil pipeline construction project originally envisaged in CPC TEO back in 1998 due to the growing oil production and shipments from Kazakhstan and Russia. Responsibilities: To work with Project documentations, procedures, instructions. Assist the Lead Safety Engineer in the organization, management, and control of the Project Safety Engineering and HSE risk analysis activities the Project. Promote, monitor, supervise, co-ordinate and control necessary Project Safety Engineering activities and to ensure that they are performed in accordance with RoK regulations and with Company Rules, Guidelines and Procedures. Ensure sufficient management of technical barriers in the project. To coordinate safety engineering interfaces between the packages in the project To advise the project in technical safety and HSE risk analysis matters To monitor that the Contractors’ safety engineering design is in line with the Project HSE objectives. To monitor that the results of the safety studies are well implemented into the Project Safety training according with CPC project and including presentation related to HSE. (I take and organize special internal trainings according with company procedures: H2S, PTW, excavation works, working at heights, confined space, IIF, LOTO etc) Prepare and track all training needs according with training matrix. Monitor, evaluate & ensure, in conjunction with Rig Management & Supervisors, that set procedures and standards are implemented, understood and complied with & that report forms and lists are prepared, kept and distributed.
