Manage and coordinate import/export logistics procedures. Proceed the works in software system (BLU). Coordinate logistics service to the TCO-FGP project. Coordinate communication between services providers and Bertling Kazakh Logistics. Maintain daily communication with carriers to coordinate cargo movements and provide to clients exact/forecast dates on cargo arrivals. Conduct inductions with carrier’s representatives on business rules in customs zone, at TCO premises and check PPEs. Ensuring cargo movements are conducted effectively and efficiently without compromising HSE issues and standards. Liaise closely with direct supervisor, if required with Manager to ensure strong communication links in operation process are maintained. Prepare documents for customs clearance, check customs documents, and monitor timing of customs clearance. Complete dangerous Goods Declarations (if required and if necessary certificate is available). Operate Bertling Trucking system (BLU), other applicable systems, and timely record required date and updates. Update status reports (pending, arrivals, custom clearance, etc.). Maintain in accurate and proper manner shipment files (if applicable): opening job files, working in database, gathering and preparing back-up documents, archiving. Timely submit to accounting group the freight cost letters and job files along with attached back-up documents. Attend operations meetings, and any other required meetings.
