Responsible for timely preparation and submission of HSE statistical reports and KPIs to both internal management and the Client. Timely controlling, monitoring, and updating of all required HSE trainings and documentation in compliance with RoK legislation and Client (e.g., NCOC) requirements. Planning, coordination, and supervision of high-risk activities, ensuring compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and Risk Assessments (JSA, RA etc.). Communication and coordination with all subcontractor HSE representatives and Client representatives (NCOC), ensuring alignment with project HSE objectives. Responsible for collecting, verifying, and submitting all necessary documentation for incident/accident investigation in line with corporate and Client procedures. Organize, plan, and actively participate in regular HSSE site walkdowns, workplace inspections, and both internal and external audits. Organize and conduct Weekly and Monthly HSE meetings with participation from all departments, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of action items. Supervise and ensure the quality and accuracy of HSE engineers’ daily/weekly reports, site inspections, on-site safety trainings, and immediate implementation of corrective actions. Responsible for planning, execution, and control of seasonal (winterization/summerization) inspections and preparedness activities, including verification of equipment, PPE, and infrastructure readiness. Prepare incident reports, investigation summaries, action plans, and ensure the timely implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure that all subcontractors conduct their work activities in full compliance with project HSSE policies, applicable laws, and industry best practices; initiate enforcement or improvement actions as needed. Provide support in documentation and evidence collection for the closure of HSSE incidents, violations, and Client-issued NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). Responsible for implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the HSSE Execution Plan across all site activities. Participate in the development and review of HSE procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Conduct HSE inductions and refresher trainings for new and existing personnel, tailored to site-specific hazards and operational requirements. Actively promote and support a strong HSE culture across the site through leading by example, positive reinforcement, and behavioral safety programs (e.g., BBS). Participate in Emergency Drills, contribute to the Emergency Response Team, and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and procedures. Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and pollution prevention measures in coordination with relevant departments.
