The joint-stock company is franchisee of “ESS” inc. which provides support service at different constructing sites etc. all over the world including Sakhalin 1 and 2 projects. My personal responsibilities are: - to represent company during negotiations and meetings with the contractor at site; - to supervise company personnel (approximately 175 people 44 of which are kitchen workers and cooks) at Onshore Processing Facility construction site (approximately 1600 people from different countries at peak of POB live in this camp); - to monitor food products logistics of the site; - to report to General director and accounting office about the amounts of work performed; - to coordinate company Human Resources department activity in accordance with the current OPF construction site requirements; - to implement company’s Human Safety Environment policy within its personnel at the site;

- to represent company during negotiations and meetings with the contractor at the field; - to supervise company personnel (approximately 60 people 25 of which are kitchen workers and cooks) at field canteen. - to implement transportation of personnel from the field to town - to monitor food products logistics of the field; - to report to General director and accounting office about the amounts of work performed; - to coordinate company Human Resources department activity in accordance with the current field requirements; - to implement company’s Human Safety Environment policy within its personnel at the field;
