-To provide management with financial information to facilitate effective decision making and improve efficiency and effectiveness of spend. -To co-ordinate the preparation of the budget/plan and to provide accurate and timely information to help management monitor ongoing performance. -Forecasting (Profit & loss from market contribution onwards) and reporting (full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) of Company Plan of the domestic market in accordance with group policies and procedures (IFRS) -Produce and consolidate full P&L quarterly profit reviews of the domestic market in accordance with group policies and procedures (IFRS) -Preparation of internal monthly management reports (Sales statistics, corporate reports) -Responsible for accurate and timely overhead cost centre control in line with the Group reporting timetable, including planning, forecasting, monthly actual reporting, narrative and variance analysis -Detailed monthly planning of all departmental activities including due dates for all relevant reports -Responsible for monthly closing procedure -Controlling all accounting operations

Accounting transactions in SCALA, accruals, provisions & Conversion from local accounting transactions in SCALA Participation in month closing (Intercompany balance control, FA control, margin analysis and other) and preparation reports for it. Analysis of the financial results Operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting Prepare monthly reporting package for Head Office Coordination with accounting department Check and control G/L operations and reports

Work in M –System (ERP System) Negotiations and cooperation with banks, working with loan agreements Controling interest payments Compiling weekly, monthly CF reports Local trade business AR (accounts receivables) Credit releases in line with credit approval received, cooperation with Insurance company, sales managers, compiling overdue reports Compiling Cash flow Forecast report for 3 months Work in TR system (Treasury system) AR status reporting AP collection Credit limits insurance PD/BI, STP insurance
