Full Monitoring over the CPF (Central Production Facility), oil desalting, produced gas and water separation, oil wells including flowing and ESP recovery method, oil storage tanks area. 2.Leadership the team of production operators, safety documentation keeping , daily report preparation , control and supervision of well service operations carried out by the service teams. 3.Securing of the project execution activities and scope of work changes due to construction. Coordination of regulatory affairs activities with regulatory authorities Support of pre-commissioning and commissioning works for pipelines, high and low pressure separators, oil and water heaters, pump stations, degasation and dehydration units, tank farms, boiler units, steam circuits and steam lines, buildings and structures, diesel generators. 4.Coordination of preparation and hand-over to operation of all As-build documentation.Organization and scheduling of the preventative maintenance activities Training, instructing and testing of the maintenance and operation personnel 5.Coordination of lifting/hoisting equipment maintenance .Supervision of contractors and subcontractors work on the Plant, their performance to meet with Kazakhstan regulations and norms 6.Supervision of the safety activities.Coordination of firefighting regular checks and maintenance.Running and keeping of all technical documentation ;

Overall supervision of Gas Lift Compressor Station. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all processors. Maintenance and repair of the Gas Lift Compressor equipment (САТ- engine, ARIEL, AJAX, 10GKNAM -2/40-150), drainage pumps, pumps for chemical injection, gear pumps, centrifugal pump, stop valves ( valves , back-pressure valves ). 2. Leader of operators and mechanics' crew ( 20 people). 3. Preparation of work schedules (preventive maintenance) and monthly reports on preventive maintenance. 4. Preparation of monthly reports on mechanical works (compressors' operation time, consumption and cost of spare parts, number of man-hours. 5. Preparation of annual requisites for spare parts. 6. Preparation of equipment check schedules: - pressure vessels check schedules (separators, etc ) ; - hoisting gears check schedules ( crane, jacks ) ; - safety valves check schedules. ; - pipe line inspection schedules(crack detection) 8. Briefing, safety documentation keeping, preparation of permits for fire and gas dangerous works (H2S), supervision of fire and gas dangerous works. 9. Training, instructing and testing of the maintenance and operation personnel 10. Weekly inspection of gas lift wells together with representatives from the Oil Production Department.
