Overseeing of managers work with client engagement within the project at hand. Implementation of new ideas towards advertising and marketing strategies within the project. Development and implementation of strategic objectives in order to further on improve work output. Presentation of campaign ideas to the clients and discussion of arrangements with the clients. During my time of work in this company. Me and my team have developed and implemented a major promotional campaign for "Phillip Morris" Kazakhstan. The campaign consisted of arranging a horse-race in order to promote their "Marlboro" brand. The event itself was a huge success and has satisfied all the parties involved. Me and my team were in charge of all the arrangements for the event. Which was probably the biggest accomplishment i have achieved working for this company.

Preparation of the groundworks towards opening of a brand new radio station in Astana. Hiring of staff (DJ, Tech staff etc.) Overseeing the purchase and delivery of proper technology Finding and leasing a suitable location for the radio studio/office. Despite the fact, that due to governmental issues, the radio station could not have been opened, I consider this work experience a big success for myself, and have received appraisal e-mails from my employer.
