Responsible for completing all work related to the validation of Project and Operations Deliverables for RFSU and Handover Packages in the CMS (Completion Management System Database). Lead to track and verify that Engineering and Vendor As-built documents status obtained after construction and commissioning, validated and back-drafted. Ensure redlines have been provided at Operations Acceptance for a Start-up of the Facility and back drafted before Stable Production. Identify the drawings and data needed to provide As-built status accountability from Contractors. Monitor the readiness status of sub-systems / systems and check the receipt of completion data / documents. Identify and address any gaps associated with the PSI/As-built completion verification for Operations Acceptance. Develop the delivery work processes and work instruction for the verification of Handover deliverables to support RFSU, RFO and a smooth Handover to Operations. Interface and work with all responsible parties to ensure the Handover deliverables are complete and received for each scope. Validating Post RFO Engineering issues to identify impacted tags and operations deliverables and interfacing with the BB MOC consultants to raise MOCs as required.

The main responsibility is to ensure gradual handover of systems and subsystems to Operation Project Support for productive and continuous commissioning of the completed facilities and their further custody transfer to Operations department. Monitored all CMS databases related to the project completion and documents control. Identification of required turnover documentation. Developing Index, site verification checklists for contactors. Ensuring all documentation is completed as per the provided index. Arranging Final Construction Walkdown, participating in PSSR checks and coordinating Handover process Participates in special equipment (vessels, tanks, compressors, pumps, piping, valves etc.) testing on site. Reviewed As built and turnover documentation submitted by the contractor for completeness and compliance. Provide skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice. Provide insight of clients’ needs; identifies and addresses design parameters and problems; develops and implements solutions. Review and consideration of the work package for compliance with P&ID, KSL, DSL, PSI, plot plan, MTO, and general arrangement drawings. Validates that contractors are applying appropriate Inspection & Test Plans and Quality Control Procedures as well as their compliance with TCO specifications and Regulatory standards.

Review of ITPs, inspection procedures and other project documentation. Ensured that surveillance program is implemented for QC, construction, commissioning teams. Participated with NDE staff on testing of weld joints by UT, RT, MT, PT, HT methods. Inspected valves (gate valve, ball valve, globe valve, check valve, DB&B valve, PSV valve). Prepared all necessary checklists and Test packs for hydrotest, leak test, pneumatic test, service test. Conducted and monitored hydrotest, leak test, pneumatic test.
